My New Wacom Tablet Yeah!

 

This is the first painting that I have finished with my new Wacom tablet.  I really enjoy the freedom that comes with working digitally. How great to just scan in my sketch and then paint away.  I always liked my sketches better, they seemed more fun.  Something always seemed to get lost after I transferred them on to the water color paper.

The boy with the box is a work in progress.  The original sketch looked a little empty, so I added the window in Photoshop.  How great is this, if I decide I don't like the window poof its gone or the color of his socks.  I can get used to this.   I think working digitally will allow me to be more free and creative.  I know I still have a lot to learn, but this is a start.
